Every player belongs to a guild which has some type of skill. Riders can add Xp to horses, Manufacturers and Equilibriums can make tack and Trainers can add bonuses to horses and players.
Initially players start with a low value for the skills, but in time, by practicing their skill many times, the skill slowly raises, enabling the player to become more efficient and productive at their skill.
The skills shown on the player page are the current % of efficiency on that particular skill or specialized skill. The maximum for tack manufacturing/repairing is 200%, for specializations and all other guild skills the maximum is 100%.
