You get a shop icon when you get to level 10. Once you have that you can set the name of your shop and place things for sale there such as horses, tack and items.

1. Click on the Shop icon.
2. Click on 'Change Shope Name' in the menu.
Set up the name of your shop from there.

NOTE: This feature becomes available at level 10
