What are manufacturers' skills?

Skill	Description
Manufacturing	Manufacturers make and sell tack. With lots of practice the skill level of creating the tack will increase. This skill is the basic create skill for 'standard' tack.
Specialized tack	Manufacturers can specialize their created tack for any of the disciplines. As they practice on that particular discipline the bonus % will increase for that given discipline and is added to the standard create skill. Specialized tack is only useful and only gives a bonus for that discipline.
Repairing	Manufacturers can also repair tack. Practicing this skill will increase the ability to repair tack to a higher quality. The higher the create skill, the more efficient tack repairing is and the less likely chance of breaking it.
