The newest people of our town look up to the more experienced ones and sometimes wonder what they did to become so successful.

Some of the older residents thrive as manufacturers, riders, or even equilibriums. They typically dedicate themselves to certain horses and disciplines, finding it easier to manage long-term than having all sorts of breeds.

Pody, one of the town's most successful individuals, agreed to an interview to help the newest residents learn how they too can flourish within the community.

Pody has been working in the town since 23rd of September, year 2. When she arrived, she followed the equilibrium guild, finding it a nice medium between the rider and the manufacturer guilds. She had the combined skills of the other two guilds, and felt that being well rounded would get her off to a good start.

Seeing that most of the other members of the community had an expertise, Pody chose one as well. Her favourite breed was the Arabian, noted for its beauty and skill in nearly every event. Arabians soon filled her stable, and Pody began work on training them to make her stable prosperous. Every day, she makes sure each horse is provided with the best quality tack that she can afford, and that they are in good health before they enter shows. Assigning certain skills to horses takes a bit out of her day, but the majority of her day is spent showing horses and gaining experience to better her stable.

At the time, the most popular event was Dressage. Pody entered her Arabians in Dressage because there were shows available and because of its immense popularity within the equestrian society. Pody now breeds and sells Arabians skilled in Dressage. It is her self-proclaimed expertise within the community.

The very first thing Pody learned when she arrived was to train horses in certain areas. Some residents of the town find this a difficult skill to master, but Pody found it to be an easy one. Using her ability to train horses, she had her horses mastering Dressage within a few months.

Some trivial things in the township still have Pody pondering. Pody has had trouble learning the games in the recreation centre, like Tic Tac Toe, Hangman and Memory. If this is her only fault, then she's probably doing pretty well.

Pody has not been to any other equestrian communities, but still thinks AVH is the best. With the new rule changes and the newly added mentor centre, Pody feels that the community is headed in the right direction.

She's won thousands of shows and trained several successful horses during her time here at AVH. Pody is currently at level 151, second only to Kathy. She has 22,538,979 experience points and has never manufactured tack, although she oftentimes possesses some of the higher quality tack. At the time, she has no horses in her stable, but it is almost certain to change.

Pody continues to be one of the most successful members of the community, and although she has no long-term goal, will probably maintain her status for a while longer. As a hint to the newer members of the community, Pody says to check out the Hints in the Town Hall, and read all of the FAQ questions about AVH's community.

Take it from one of the best - it takes a lot to be successful, but anyone can do it if they put themselves to it.

Your article was very good. It'll help the younger "citizens" learn about some great players and perhaps help themselves as they want to be the best.
